God Almighty said: (And whatever thing you spend, He will replace it. And He is the Best of providers.)

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of all God’s creation, our master Muhammad, and upon his God and companions, peace and blessings be upon him.
Firstly, I would like to thank the distinguished and distinguished members of the Board of Directors who have made efforts to complete the establishment of this association, asking God Almighty to grant me and them success.
I also extend my sincere thanks to the founding members, who had the credit after God Almighty in establishing this generous association. We ask God to accept them and count what they have provided in the balance of their good deeds. My thanks extend to the first supporter of civil society organizations in the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef. Bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Deputy Prince Saud bin Bandar, “May God protect them.”
We also aspire for the “Tuwaiq” Association to achieve its effective goals and achieve qualitative excellence in human resources and contribute to improving the living and living conditions of the targeted groups, and for the Association to have clear and distinct imprints in the work it provides.
